As some others have pointed out, amp draw on regulated mods is not related to the resistance of the coil(s). Watts and battery voltage is what determines the amp draw (watts law, not ohms law). As a general rule of thumb, 20 amp batteries are good up to 60w per battery, 25 amp batteries up to 75w per battery, and 30 amp batteries up to 90w per battery. There are no batteries rated above 30 amps.

And you don't need a super low build to Chuck clouds. Take a look at steam-engine.org. There you can check the heat flux for your builds at different wattages, among other things.

The hohmwrecker is a really nice mod, and it will fire fairly low. A dna mod will also fire lower ohms. Most regulated stop at 0.1 to protect the user, and most will fire a 0.1 load. I know the hw or dnas will fire below 0.1, but I see no need for that.

Also note that the amp limit of the mod will limit the wattage you can reach, just as the voltage limit will, so you might not get the most power with a super low build.
