No, I'm sorry! Reading the links brotherbob has will give you a idea on what you will need to buy. Number 1 item is nicotine.
Do you have any other flavors you are interested in?
My other daily vape is Red&White from Vaporkings.com. It's similar to the Carolina from V9

USA red from hangsen at 5 - 7% works very well for a marb type and is very popular among the USA type tobacco vapors.

Red USA Mix-HS

As far as VaporNine Carolina tobacco it sounds less ashy and a bit sweeter then a USA type so I would recommend the hangsen flue cured. A very authentic tobacco flavor with balanced sweetness and a smokey aftertaste. Kind of like a pipe tobacco

Flue Cured-HS

If you can describe the taste profile of the VaporNine Carolina tobacco then maybe I can help you with a replacement for that as well.
Thank you! I have no clue about tobaccos!

I tried that one almost exactly one year ago and it was not the same. Wasn't good at all. I still have it in my stash. I was very excited when I first saw it too. The price was better too.
I'm sorry I don't use tobacco flavors, maybe some else that does can help. I tried staying away from those flavors, because I knew nothing was going to ever taste like a cigarette.

I had some liquids that actually tasted like real cigarettes and they were nasty. The ones I use really don't taste like cigarettes. I can't for the life of me describe them either.

One of my favorite liquids is gone and not being sold anymore. I used it for more than 6 years too. It was VaporNine Carolina tobacco. Has anyone ever used this liquid before?

I haven't tried VaporNine, but I have some favorites you might like. Tobaccos take a couple of weeks to a month to develop full flavor, but you can test them along to find out where your sweet spot is for steeping length.

Flavourart Virginia - I like it at 1-2% in the mix.

Hangsen No. 5 - I like it at 1% with .5% Ethyl Maltol to sweeten it up a bit.

Hangsen Tobacco Blended - I mix it at 8% along with one drop of 10% Tobacco Absolute to 25ml of juice, and .4% Acetyl Pyrazine to give it a nutty flavor.

Small bottles of flavoring are pretty cheap and a good way to sample the different tobacco flavors. There are lots of lists of recommended starting percentages here on ECF if you search for the manufacturer name along with the search term "percentage".

We all have different takes on tobacco flavorings. I had to start with the recommended percentages and experiment to find my personal sweet spot. It's best to start low with small batches and add flavor a few drops at a time or reduce flavor by adding unflavored nic mix.

As others suggested, you can buy unflavored nic base in your strength and use that as a starting point to add flavors.
