Help w Rm2

Hey family,

One of my posts came out of socket on one side... How can I fix ? Hammer it is only thing I can think of. ? Before I mess it up is there anything else to do ?

This is 1 out of 2 attys that I own so would like to breathe some life back into it ..

The posts screw in, so if it will not screw back in, you may have to disassemble the whole atty, remove the broken piece and order another post from Rob

Use some Needle Nose Wire Pliers to twist the post screw back into the RM2 slot.

A tiny Allen key through the wire hole works great to screw it in.

This is exactly how I do it as well. The added benefit of doing this is that its super hard to mess the post up.

Thank you so much guys !!!! I ended up finding an old rm2 and vaped away with that one. I rarely come on here much anymore as I always end up buying stuff !!!!! Lol

Awesome advice - thanks for your knowledge - will be performing Rm2 surgery after dinner today and see what I can do with your suggestions. Thanks again !

What does a tiny Allen key through the wire hole mean specifically - I have very tiny Allen key tools but not sure what Ya mean exactly. -- elaborate if possibly could. Thx much !

If you take a really thin gauge allen key that will fit where your positive and negative legs from your coil go into the post, they are stating that you can twist the post back into place. Crudely drawn MSPaint image for reference.

Arrow is for reference to how you turn, but I may be incorrect as I have never had to put a post back into place.
