Help with escribe

I have a VT75 mod. Downloaded escribe, but keep getting "No compatible USB device detected" error. I've tried this on 2 computers, one with 3 usb ports both 2.0 and 3.0 and one with one of each. I've tried the cable they provided and another data one.

The device will charge, but I can't get escribe to see it.

What am I doing wrong?

Apparently don't have the correct version of Escribe. Go to Evolv's website on the DNA75 page and click the link to download the software from there.

Weird.. How I had the wrong version I don't know, but that worked. Thanks!!
