High VG liquids

Beginner question: are there juices with high VG position, for example more than70%? Not DIY but pre manufactured...Want to have as little PG as possible, not looking for throat hit but for clouds.. usually smoke hookah...

Plenty, I go with 70/30 at a minimum or a lot of times max VG. Not sure on the rules of linking but I love derall for a great price and taste

If you vape unflavoured, max VG could be as high as 95%-98%.
Most flavours (flavoring concentrates) are PG based; so commercial juice will usually contain at least 10% PG/ flavoring or more.

Not all flavors concentrates are PG based because I use a large amount of VGD (VG Dominant) flavors.
