Are you asking about the nautilus bvc replaceable heads?
Or some other delivery device?
If you're asking about a delivery device other than the nautilus, we'd have to know which one you're asking about.

Nautilus heads .7, 1.6, 1.8 should only be used in watt mode not temp control.
8.5w ~ 14w is a fairly common power range. Start off low & gradually work your way up to find what you like best.

Hiya
I just got a Innokin itaze MVP 4 and I've had the itaze MVP 3.0 pro and used the aspire Nautilus BVC 1.8 could but unsure what watt and temperature and if my coils are Nickel Titanium or Stainless steel? I would appreciate any help or suggestions thanks
Welcome and glad you joined.
As to what wire you have, could check with a refrigerator magnet:
If Nickel Titanium or Stainless steel ------ no sticking, can be used for Temperature control or wattage.
If Kanthal --------Sticks, use for wattage operation only,
Glad to see you have a 1.8 coil, this is my favorite higher ohm build.
In General higher ohm coils/lower wattage (generally MTL) vaping will:
Heat the coil slower, which may produce “less” vapor
Provide A “cooler” tasting vape, can produce more flavor
May use less E-Juice (<$ less money)
Prolong battery life (<$)
Prolong coil life (<$)
Prolong wick life (<$)
May be more healthier - lower temps.
More likely zero spit back
May result in less PV maintenance/Issues
Less irritation to non vapers
Aids stealth vaping
