Holiday week-end plans?

Well, spent a good bit of today getting the veggie garden planted and general lazing around during the hot part of the day. Tomorrow it's down to my father's for cookout and family time

I spent all day yesterday at church for the Fish Fry, then went back this morning for 'homecooking for the homecoming' - everything from 50 pounds of chicken and dumplins to 4o pounds of cornbread dressing and enough rolls to choke a horse.

Now, I am sitting here enjoying the quiet since I sent my kids back for the evening service-

Tomorrow, another quiet day- my SIL is taking the kids to a friend of hers house.

I am supposed to clean the house, but I doubt I will- I might go to hubby's moms family cemetary and help them wth the cleanup just to get out of cleaning my house. LOL

We are replacing the floor in our camper. getting ready to do some camping this summer. Other than just doin a bit of house cleaning and over all relaxing. Tomorrow we are cooking hamburgers, potato salad, and baked beans. The weather will determine if we eat out side or in.

work...broke work....work..more work...irked as no one has been online to see such work.........gave up dragged kids out for a picnic at the park. Grabbed pics the grandma's been fussin for. So something was accomplished! whoot.
