Horrible Caramel Extract

What happened to the old caramel flavor extract you used to carry? The new one is horrible. It tastes like burnt waffles or maple syrup. Reminds me a lot of the TFA caramel. The old caramel was absolutely the best on the market. I relied on it for the last few years for my daily vape mix. Suddenly I order four more bottles and it's a different caramel. It's disgusting.

Can you at least give us the supplier for the old caramel so we can get it ourselves if you're not going to carry it anymore?

Many of our extracts have changed because our old supplier isn't selling it for the purposes of vaping anymore. That's about all the information I know, being that juice is handled separately from everything else. I'll try to find more information and get back to you.

Does that mean that all your Top Vapor brand e-liquids will change too? I presume you are using the same extracts for your Top Vapor line.
