How does a dual-coil setups affect what voltage you use on coil clearomizer/atomizer.

I have a 2.0 Ohm dual-coil clearomizer/atomizer, and a variable Ego Twist II, with a variable voltage of between 3.3v and 4.8v. How would I factor in having dual coils, I've calculated at 4.0v with a 2.0 Ohm coil I would hit the 8-watt sweet spot. Do I need more voltage because I'm using dual coils clearomizer/atomizer? The reason I ask is so I can decide on a different clearomizer/atomizer with a different Ohm coil and stay in the safety zone and get the best results. Any help would be appreciated.

It would depend on the ohms of the dual-coil clearomizer. If the dual-coiul setup is the same ohms as your single-coil, the setting would be the same. The dual-coil setup would just add more surface area, thus mor vapor.

If the dual-coil setup has less ohms than your single-coil setup, you would want to start with a lower voltage and work your way up to find the "sweet spot".

Hope it helps and Happy vaping!
