$45 for a gallon of VG. $15 for litre of PG. Perhaps $45 for flavoring. I mix 30pg/70VG. Cost about $105 for me to make 1 1/4 gallons. I only mix 60ml at a time. Would not want a gallon mixed. Sometimes they darken down over time and the taste changes or gets thick with many months go by.

Take off 30% for our Canadian dollar that must be renegotiated because we are on the losing end. LOL

CHEERS!

Really depends on how much you vape, and what tank / airflow your using... I use the smok cloud beast and I go through like a bottle (30ml) almost every day. But just because you can keep it for a long time doesn't mean it's a good idea, if there's nicotine in it, the nicotine can oxidize and go bad over time, also you'll probably get tired of that flavour...

I like working the numbers. I made a custom ruler for my 18 ml dripping bottle to check daily consumption. For about a year I vaped 7 ml per day very consistantly. In the last six months it's declined to about 5 ml per day. At that rate I'll mix a gallon every two years. I'm mixing 10 mg nic so a liter of 100 mg nic would last nearly 7 years. Smoking a carton a week for 7 years would have cost me $3,000 a year, $21,000 total. Instead my cost of ingredients for a year of DIY is less than $30. That's two orders of magnitude less, a truely staggering difference.

Its the nicotine thats my big ticket item at shipped and taxed in Canada was 160 bucks CAD for a liter of 100mg. I got a glycube that was just short of $100 CAD so $25 a gallon for base. 200mls of flavoring at $15US per 50ml will make 5% thats bout 80 bucks in CAD. Nic would be around 50 bucks CAD to make it 9nic. Around $155.00 for me to make a gallon of my juice. Looks like Wheelie forgot to factor nicotine into his numbers or he vapes 0nic.

I recently have been able to get down to 1.5mg of nic. I have 2 liters of 100mg nic in the freezer that I bought during the FDA scares. Each liter will last me 24 years for a total of 48 years. I'm 65 years old, so I'm good until I'm 113.

To answer your question, 30mil is about 1 ounce. A gallon is 128 ounces or 3840mil. 3840/5 = 768 days...give or take.

Don't you wish that a gallon of premixed would age like a fine whiskey or wine, and would be better tasting in 7-10 yrs?

Hmmm, maybe someone should ask somewhere in the DIY section if oak aging has ever been attempted. Perhaps in the NET discussion! ;)
