How much nicotine do you vape?

I began at 24mg but it wasn't enough to satisfy me so I went to 30 with DIY eliquids and am very satisfied at about 3ml per day.

I also smoke about 3 ml a day.Was smoking 2 1/2 -3 packs analog. So smoking 3ml and only about 1/3 of it is nicotine or well really 10% nicotine and 90 % = VG 45% PG 45% = 100mg.Leaves me @ 33MG 3ml a day and 4/15/11 last analog 8 mo. and
like e liquid 555 and Red bull lot better taste than analog.I could take all the nicotine out but when I tried that started gaining 1/2 lb a day.Hit 200lbs Put nic back in holding at about 195-200lbsI get back to 185-190lbs may start playing with nic like cut it in 1/2.

I think it's too much

I think I vape a lot but I think I would have smoked 3-4 (instead of 2) packs a day if I could have smoked at my desk at work, at the movies, at the grocery store and if I hadn't worried about running out of cigarettes before payday.

started at 36. Now down to about 3 ml of 18 and 1 ml of 12 per day. transitioning down.....

I've been lowering the strength of my juice lately and now vape about 4ml of 8mg/ml juice a day.
