A: Yes. All orders made in Healthcabin will have their own tracking number for customers to track online.

Q: Do EMS and China Registered Airmail have the same tracking site?
A: No, they have their own tracking site.

Q:How to differ the EMS tracking number with the China Registered Airmail?
A: For EMS and China Registered Airmail:
*Every tracking number is made up of four capitalized English letters and nine numbers like this: 2 letters (stand for shipping company) +9 number + 2 letters (stand for departure country).
*But EMS tracking number begins with “E”, while China Registered Airmail tracking number begins with “R”
*For example
EMS: EE********CN
China Registered Airmail: RA********CN

Q: Where and how to track EMS order?
A: *Type in you tracking number
*Input the verification code
*No space before or between tracking number

*The official tracking site of EMS is http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

thank you for your asking. it means that the ems office in your country tried to deliever your order to you but failed. so we suggest you to call 603-87871122 and get their help.

please try and let us know whether it works.

actually after i saw that n post in this thread i try and search for the tracking on the local website and i manage to track my package. the package now is sitting in the post office waiting for my self collection

and to help u a little on this since ur malaysia tracking link is not working.u can actually track ur goods using this link for malaysia >>>

Have any orders with e-juice ever been stopped and sent back from canada yet? this has always been a fear of mine as it happened to my friend from a different supplier in china and he lost almost $100 in shipping on a huge order he had made.

we do send all orders there via china airmail and have not got any orders returned from Canada in recent few months. so i think, china airmail is slower but safer. nevertheless, i can not make sure that you can get your order with ejuice with no problems.

Yes. it is a tracking number for package via china airmail.
