Dunno how current this is, but...

Electronic Cigarettes - Global Legal Status

"CHINA – Permitted; but subject to variability by region.

Sale and use of e-cigarettes is legal, in theory.
Other reports say that there may be issues, perhaps regionally."

I know that certain provinces have been banned for some time now, but the legalities or the punishments is unknown.

That's really hysterically funny... The guy who invented the modern version is chinese... and at least half of everything vape-related is MADE in china... but they ban them to their own people.

It's more like 90% of e-cigs come out of China :?:

USPS mail truck came and went today, still no Disrupter. How has everyone's arrived? Fed Ex? UPS? My pessimism is growing by the day in terms of this lovely device arriving on my doorstep, anyone near or in Arkansas receive theirs yesterday or today?

Edit: UPS just delivered some stuff to my house seconds after I posted, no Disrupter. :(

I wonder how long it will take them to realize they're being penny-wise and pound-foolish... it's hard to collect taxes from people who die. :D

Population control, kill off the masses with pollusion and cigarettes.

At one time, it was illegal to have more than 1 child. (might still be?)

One-child policy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hard telling why they would want to ban vaping, cuz cigarettes would remain.

The articles I read say they were talking about the ban of all Sales and Manufacturing, nothing on they did it already.
If they did it then Innokin would be shut down in China :(

I'm talking about usage bans, been in place since vaping started.

But they were "loosely" enforced.

Still haven't received mine yet either, Utsuru. I think there are some other people as well.

I foresee potential problems with extremely powerful ultrasonic anything; it's known that subsonics have an impact on the brain, inducing fear; if subsonics can do that, what can ultrasonics do? I agree, the ones commercially available right now are very weak, but we really have no idea what much stronger ultrasonics might do to us, physiologically speaking, and it bears looking into before being introduced widely. Sounds do have an effect on humans, and clearly, even sounds that we don't actually hear -- subsonics can be felt, sometimes, but not strictly "heard".

Lol

Andria, we know quite a lot about very strong ultra sonic frequencies.

We use them medically to pulverize stones inside the body, avoiding surgery.
Those are many thousands of times stronger than you can get from any thing the size of an ecig.
You'll be quite safe from a hand held Ultrasonic personal vaporizer.

Wow, vaping and kidney stone removal at the same time. What more could a girl want? :w00t:
