Went out and got this against the wishes of my wife.
she hates the car. So life will be VERY difficult for the foreseeable future but I did this for me. I deserve it. It's not like bought it for her.

Man I have an affinity for white American sports cars (got one myself) so I totally understand. There just comes a point in your life you gotta make some dreams come true. Thankfully my husband understood this and since I'm paying for it myself there was no friction lol.

I remember my dad did that to my mom. Except instead of a car it was a huge motorhome haha. It took 2 days of no talking and a trip to the casino to get her to start talking again

I could live with the silent treatment, but the lack of food would get to me after about a week.
The car looks great, so why does the Mrs hate it? When i was a younger Trunker and rode high performance sports motorbikes, HRH hated those, because she was frightened of being widowed.

Sweet looking ride Russ, and plenty peppy I'll bet. I haven't had a hot rod since my 67 Chevelle SS back in my much younger days, it was my first new car. Enjoy that beauty. Hopefully mama will lighten up before too long.
