I need help my dads alien 220 vb verison

It won't stop flashing wont turn all the way off followed step by step instructions and nothing is working I took off the automizer when I updated it and took the batteries out and everything

Exactly.....how dare someone actually try to help a parent. My mother is 74 and if she was having issues with a tech related item, she's on her own!

Is it the first time it was turned on and you cannot turn it off or is it malfunctioning? Most regulated mods require you to click the fire button, fast, five times in a row to get a turn off screen. I'm sorry I do not own the mod so that's the only advice I can give but hopefully someone else will come in and help you rather than just come in and act all high and mighty and offer no advice anyways.

With the Alien it is 5 clicks to turn on but to power off it is 3 clicks then navigate to power/hold fire button to turn off. Reading the manual is helpful.
