Identify This E-Liquid?

As embarrassing as this may sound, I cannot recall from where I got this e-liquid. Can anyone identify the company? This particular juice, produced in Canada, is 12mg nic and, although no PG/VG ratio is specified, it vapes like a 50/50 juice. The name of the liquid is The Jackrabbit and it appears that the label contains the alphanumeric name IV 20 (second photo). The flavour of this e-liquid is reminiscent of Bobas Bounty.

Thanks Egrets. That is the company. I sent to them an e-mail asking about "The Jackrabbit" e-liquid and they responded that it was a limited edition juice, no longer available. Bummer, because I really liked the flavour.
