One juice? Really? Even though my "eternity" is probably not as long as many others, after 40+ years smoking, I have never used just one juice for even one day and go through at least 4 every day. After sitting here for almost half an hour, I just can't come up with one juice I can even imagine hitting for a month straight, so I'll just stick with the equipment. Sorry, probably shouldn't have even posted, but it's been a while and my post count was suffering.

I like variety (see my sig), so I guess that would mean that the gubmint has come and taken my mods from my cold, dead fingers, so I guess it wouldn't matter. But in the spirit of the question, the hardware is an easy choice for me. It's the juice that I had to think about.

This one's easy for me... Praxis SS mod with a Dark Horse RDA. LG HE4 and Cloud 9 from Dragonfly eCigs. Been my favorite setup for what seems like 4 months now, especially when I throw 24gauge parallels in there. Chuckin' Vapor!!!

Well, I've been using an evic easy head on an 18650 tube, a Kayfun lite, unflavored liquid for 11 months...so that's it I guess. I have an 18350 tube for out and about, but I could ditch that if I have to.

Easy answer as I've been doing almost that for a while now. Either a MPV or Segelei mini and a Trophy tank. The juice is DIY menthol/spearmint. I do have a couple of other setups, but that's what I've been using for about the last 7-8 months.
