If you sell E-Liquid with Paypal make sure they don't say in the Notes

Well I was kicked from paypal. My phone call was with them over it. Total BS them kicking me FOREVER over a few bottles of e-liquid. They told me I'm forever banned from the system for it.

All because I sold a few bottles of e-liquid, and those people put down what they bought in the notes. So make note make sure people don't do that when they pay if you happen to sell any e-liquid on ECF sales section....

They are also charging me 1.50USD to mail my remaining funds to me LOL that just takes the cake.

This is really bad, you have no shop, sell a couple of bottles and end up with no Paypal.

I guess their no e-cig policy will cover juice and e-cigs, i guess no reference to anything e-cig related should be written then.

It's ok if you live in the UK. It's only if you live in the US. It sucks because now I can not buy used PC Hardware from other boards anymore, nor can I sell anything computer related on other boards. So there goes a few extra thosand for the year for me.


I really wise I would of received a warning instead of being banned forever.....I guess I will just have to set up a dummy account some how.....

You "CAN" get around it. Just open another bank account and try to set it up with a slight name variation, such as: John Quest Public instead of John Q. Public for example. Then use another email address, this should get you around this unfair biased MESS

Well I did just move, and I have not updated my address with them as of yet. So I'm thinking a new bank account under a new address they might not notice it.

I know that the debit card number now does not work with them. As I tried to do the not sign in and pay with a card eariler today.

I'm on the phone with them right now....They are thinking about banning it world wide. IF the FDA gets over turned in court about it being a prescription drug then I might be able to have my account re-opened. Because the FDA stopped some shipments at the border in the US shows that they have been banned.

I could tell this guy has delt with this many times in the past.

I don't know the legal rammifications of this, but it might need to be posted as a warning in the classifieds. I have had folks add this kind of information in my trades/sales as well.

I asked about that, and they really didn't want to say. It's my understanding that you can buy with paypal outside the US where it's legal.....

So say you bought from TW that would be OK, because they are not in the US.

PayPal is an overrated pain in the ... just like E-Bay.

Now if you're new to e-bay they hold your funds until you get positive feedback OR can prove your items were delivered.

Pretty hard when they have their logo on pretty much every site I see...I use them a lot and have never had any problems with them.

Erm, doesn't seem to be an edit tab, just wanted to add that it looks like your FDA has done a fine job of spreading the fear about e-cigs...yet I am pretty damn sure that I have use PP to purchase tobacco smoking suplies in the past...
