i just started with vaping. I realy like it. I also like the technical Stuff relating to vaping. I'm also a flashlight collector, therefor i already own many Batterys and Chargers, measurement stuff,.... Another Hobby is DIY Electronic & Lockpicking

At the moment it's OK, next year it will get worser (20.5.2017). At this time there will be a new law (TPD2 Tabakproduktrichtlinie). It will be impossible to buy Nicotin Base and all e-cig stuff must be certified.
-Package Size is limited to 10ml
-Nicotin is limited to 20mg/ml (That's no Problem for me..)
-Advertisement is forbidden
-Age Verification for Blogs & Communities

Just one note, which I would believe that you already know, but in case: don't use your flashlight 18650 batteries for vaping unless you are certain that they are high drain, high Amp. type.

I am aware of the fact... For Flashlight the current usually not exceeds 10A... Pulse current is also no topic.

That's great. Better safe than sorry when it comes to battery safety. You'd be amazed how many get into vaping without doing a single bit of research.
