I keep thinking about this particular situation and I don't know if out of state vendors, who have the means and the will to comply, realize what an opportunity this could be for them. If most out of state vendors don't want to comply that leaves the market wide open for the few who are willing to put some sweat into this. This goes for the instate shops who make their own house liquids as well, the sky may be the limit for them after meeting compliance standards. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the ATC comes up with first. Of course I still believe the whole permit/compliance thing is nothing but a bunch of hooey.
