Informative article about what is happening here in Indiana. Absolutely reeks of cronyism! It was designed to make it impossible for anyone but "the chosen few" to be approved.
Very VERY disturbing!! Why on EARTH would they approve 2 manufacturing companies outside the state to produce e-liquid????
Roughly 250 stores closing and so many people out of work.
Sadly, the whole deal WREAKS of something fishy......
SB 539 says nothing about the penalties for buying your e-liquids and supplies from an online source outside of the state.
