Well decided to rebuild a coil, not for beginners.
Here it is taken apart, which was not easy to do without screwing it up.
Here it is with the new coil in almost ready to put back together.
I used silica sheets for the wicking material. It wicks slower than cotton or rayon, so I am hoping it does not spit juice like with the factory coils. Flavor is not as good with the silica, but it is vapable. Will use it today and see how it goes.
Edit: I also put in a 2.4Ω coil NR-R-NR and it reads it and works fine.
