iPV Mini?

Anyone know anything about the ipv mini which will be releasing? I noticed vape NW is taking orders for it (iPV Mini (PRE ORDER) - eGo/Variable), but I haven't seen any reviews on the new mod. Looks like it goes up to 30W using the Yihi chip. Dimensions listed as 94x43x23mm.

Yihi boards are good to go. Price is OK, considering for not much more you can step into a 50w Yihi based mod.

I really hate the way P4U puts the USB port on the bottom though.

While the design is akin to the ZNA, in their Official Youtube product demonstrations, P4U specifically calls out the Eleaf iStick as a similar device.

The IPV mini addresses what many in the ECF istick thread wished for in the Eleaf iStick v2: replaceable 18650 battery and spring-loaded 510 connection. They also offer a connection add-on similar to the last Zmax that screws into the 510 so you may charge other devices.

From those demos, it's not much smaller than the IPV2. The blue finish is chromed, while the other finishes seem matte.

It's a YiHi SX-130 board, so most likely the same as with all YiHi boards, which would be RMS regulation. Some reviewers seem to like the YiHi boards more than the Evolv boards.

Hope they get it right and release on time.

I accidentally ordered (2) while trying to get to the bottom of their CC confusion.(Vapor Range)

Likely my first and last purchase there.

I decided to purchase because the Mod is Smaller form factor, has more power than the Istick and a Reputable Chip YiHi that is Upgradable(hoping someone will release upgrade)
Getting this for my Kayfun/Orchid tanks and maybe the Magma on occasion so don't need 50-100-150 watts.

I notice the description on vapor range says floating pin and not spring loaded. I have read previously it was spring loaded. Which one is it? I'm hoping its spring loaded.

It is Spring Loaded as of the pre-release Videos.

I am hoping the Spring will not cause resistance issues. I know the Hades Mod had a Spring loaded pin and everyone had to remove the spring for Sub ohm builds.

I dunno, after the IPV3 I'm a little IPV'ed out. Looks like a nice little mod, but I refuse to be a P4U guinea pig ever again.

Well, my thought is - Istick is only 20 watts and running in Mean mode which is a lousy way to regulate.
IPV Mini running the SX130 Chip will be more power and better regulated.

I realize it is no Vapor Shark, but for less than 1/2 the price I'll take a chance - once........errrrr....Twice.
