This was a strong lesson about how it "was all in my head". For the first time yesterday, I left the house for work without
an ecig rig, nothing at all. There was absolutely no way with the days demands to afford me a trip back home to
grab something. In the past-I've had "back up" eGos in my car, briefcase, and backpack. They're around for just such mornings, since I live in a very rural area, without any vape B&Ms for over 100miles, etc.
To make the LSS---some seven hours later as I came back in my driveway (thinking I'd rush indoors to grab the PV) - that didnt work out either.
SO after 18mg nic level on ProVaris; back up eGos; and worst case scenarios having even bought disposables in a gas station once before....It was a Breeze yesterday.
This was ALL in my head folks. No e-cig, No Nic, and No Problemo!
I wanted to share - once you find a way to simply "let it go"..the anticipated nicotine absence for less than 12 hours
was actually non existant.
vape on, do it for fun! Do it for flavor! Do it for Peace of Mind, hand to mouth habit, and Pure pleasure.
