Briefly describe your problem or issueOn 12/29/14, I ordered and received my new eCom Mega kit from the joyetech website. Unfortunately, the battery will not switch off, all the time, indicating a defective unit. As of today, I have sent four emails and left two phone messages as well as requested an RMA on their site... Not a word. I'll be honest, the product seems well built and I have heard the company makes great products. But their customer service is non existent.
All I want is to either exchange the unit or return it for a replacement. That's not asking too much.
Before I contact my credit card company to dispute, I thought, just maybe, they'd notice this post here...
