Juice Storing Tips

Started branching out into the amount of juice I own, 4 flavors now, I just wanted some tips on storage. I've heard keeping it from the light and that too much air can weaken flavor?

For the second part I have 2 100 mL bottles, can I store them in smaller 30 ml bottles I own, will that help flavor or no?

Yes, store liquid in a cool dark place. I keep mine in a hall closet on the top shelves, as it's cool and locked securely from nosy children. I've read that smaller bottles age more quickly than large bottles, so yes, you can break your 100ml bottles down into smaller bottles. I mix a 120ml bottle of diy and maybe a week later break it down into 30ml bottles.

Ya i just keep mine in a large box tucked away in a cool place. And im not sure about the small bottles, it may help certain flavors meld quicker since its less liquid ie custards, and its alot quicker to shake a 30ml vs a 100ml lol

Usually I am keeping my bottles in a cool place.

Besides keeping in cool dark place, as I use certain juices I make sure to squeeze excess air out of the bottle before I put the top back on. The air may help it steep, but it may also degrade quality some, so its iust something I always do.

If you will use your juices in about 3 months, no need in smaller bottles (anyway, for long term storage bigger bottles could be better). Dark place in an air conditioned room is perfect.
