Jumpy threads on Android

I assume this is the place for this. Recently (last few weeks) about the middle of a page of a thread there is a point where the thread replies will either jump up or down. It's like going uphill both directions and it just won't stay in equilibrium at that point. It jumps about 1/2 page and is really annoying. Didn't know if this was related to an Android update or a forum update. It doesn't do it in desktop mode, only mobile. I'm using a Galaxy S7.

I'll test on my phone. Haven't really noticed that kind of behavior on it in the past, though.

Not happening this morning here either
. Using the default Internet browser.

May want to install Firefox or Chrome. Generally, there's not much we can do about browser issues and the default browser that comes on 'droids tends to have issues with the software.

Got it partially figured out. It depends on what advertisements are being displayed. Seems with some the browser doesn't display the advertising when it is so far from the display area of the screen. When that happens that area of the screen is shortened which moves the whole page up or down. Don't have the tool on this phone to see what is going on. I assume it is a CSS issue.

It's doing it right now with Chrome as well. Took a recoding but will have to edit it shorter tomorrow.

Install the UBlock Origin addon. Problem solved.

Found one for the default browser and that seems to have done the trick.
