I bought a purple satin ProVari mini in 2012...loved it - then a year or so ago, (after warranty expired) I dropped it on concrete. The button dislodged, hubby tried to "repair". Sadly after being tortured (wires pulled off, fried board), it has set in a drawer, un-useable. I could not get myself to throw it away for sentimental reasons - after all, this was my first nice mod after moving on from pen styles and ego batteries!
I recently sent it in for repair - and not only did it come back repaired, but it was returned in under a week. The repair was really inexpensive and through several emails, they walked me through the return process along with sending an estimate.
Now, how many other old mods can you send back after about 4 years and get repaired?
