My IPow 2 battery is dead and when I try to charge it the screen reads "temp low"

Any idea what this is or to fix it?

Did you get yours down in Lawrenceville? I'm from pittsburgh too and bought one of these and the internal usb port wont work unless i push on the charger. I'm going to be heading back to see if they will replace it.

How long have you had the IPOW?

(Yeah, I'm partly responding because I'm from the area too....curious to see if the store will replace if needed).
