I just bought the kanger subtank mini and I wanted to try out the rta, Anyway after filling the tank and screwing the rta on the base finger tight.I started to put the base on and I had to put a pretty good amount of pressure on it to catch the threads. with the OCC there was no problem. Is the RTA supposed to be that tight?

I can't imagine what it is you are doing wrong if you are doing anything wrong that is. And you are referring to the RBA deck aren't you. You keep mentioning the "RTA" but i think you mean the RBA deck. I suppose you could make sure you've screwed the barrel and top onto the RBA deck all together properly. Other than that i'm lost.
I find you have to apply a little pressure to get it together with the rba head I think it's just a tighter fit to prevent leaking pal
The only other thing that i can think of is that maybe you coil is sitting really really high inside the barrel. That's the only obstruction i can think of.
I'm pretty good with building my coils get them positioned right etc I seriously think it's just ment to be a little bit of a tighter grin so it crests a vacuum to pull the juice in to the small rba deck holes
I just tried the OCC and it will slide down the Stack but the rba does not. Maybe I got a bad Head or what ever u call it
I've got an empty Subtank in my hand right now. I can. screw it back together with no resistance at all. The lid of the barrel has a rubber seal inside it so that creates the vacuum your talking about. Maybe that's at fault.
But mine does it his does it and my Brothers does it maybe yours is the faulty one
I've got two. Neither of them are a problem when it comes to re-assembly. If i place the base onto the thread of the tank it takes no force at all to screw it on.
Hmm perhaps they are diffrent revs of the subtank mini you are sure your on about the subtsnk mini and not the original subtank or subtsnk plus
Perhaps they are diffrent revisions then as they tend to knock them out quite quickly without identifying when they have been improved
I ain't gonna debate with you all night lol I was giving my say personally I think there ment to be like that certainly makes me feel like it's a tight fit and I have been using this subtank woth the rda for 2 months with no issues
