Kick died

So I bought a kick when they first came out. I used it for like a month and it started to fire inconsistently. I had it in a SIlver Bullet. It got to where I had to tap the bottom of the sb to get it to fire again. Then it started to peter out. Like, hit the button and it would go
----- ----------------- --- --- --- - - (< if that helps) then it wouldnt fire at all no matter what I did with it or what mod it was in.

Has it died forever or is there something I can do to bring it back to life?

Are you sure it is the kick? My sb and kick suffered the same problem and I solved it by disassembling and submerging the sb in rubbing alcohol. It turns out the switch was getting dirty.

Ahh just reread your post I have had 2 kicks just stop working... they seem to have a rather short life from my experiences.
