It's proprietary to 18650 sized batteries.
The sticker on the back says:
Model: SF-689
Input: 6V DC
Output: 6V DC 1000mA

I ordered an 'IMR 3.7V 2200mAh High Drain Replacement Battery' from Totally Wicked for their Torpedo which is a Lavatube Clone.

According to the Lavatube website, that is the correct battery. The NiMH battery pack is too much voltage for the Lavatube circuitry. Maybe you can sell the 4.8V NiMH battery pack and charger to someone who has a mod designed for stacked RCR123A or similar cells. I think you are good to go.

As for the charger, that sounds like the correct charger for the 4 cell NiMH battery pack. The one I have doesn't have any label or markings whatsoever, but it puts out 5.88V (close enough to 6V) according to my meter. A charger meant for L-ion batteries would only have about 4.5-4.8V output.
