Liquid Smugglers?

I was wondering wtf the shops are doing to import the e-liquid
coming from the USA into Canada..

With the law here anything we order gets seized.
How do they manage?

Do they smuggle it themselves?

I always wondered about this,

I don't know about suppliers but I uh heard about a guy who PIF'd some juice to someone in Canada and the shipping went fine.

I know the vendor I use does not ship to Canada for that very reason. As a legitimate business owner if it's against the law they won't do it no matter how much profit loss is at stake.

Canada post doesn't use nicotine sniffing dogs.

Probably just shipped under a different name. They don't check packages unless there is an issue.

Honestly, I don't think it is the e-liquids that are illegal, just nicotine.

Nearly 100 years ago, it was good Canadian whiskey flowing south to the US in the grip of the 18th Amendment ...
