I used Wizard labs about a week ago, which also uses Veratad, and their request for the last SSN's was optional, which I left blank. My order went threw fine.

Anyone order from MFS yet? If so, how easy is it?
Ordered through VaporDNA this afternoon, everything seemed fine, order confirmed and email received. I have ordered through them before. Just got an email from "Team VaporDNA." They say 1.) I must provide a valid address, which I had done. Same as prior orders. 2.) That I had to call them because of a different name on my account. Name is the same as always. And 3.) That they no longer are able to ship to P.O. Boxes "regardless of the situation."
I'm confused. Called them and a recorded voice asked me to leave a message, which I did. No return call yet. In the email they said that if I couldn't satisfactorily answer their questions they will cancel my order. WOW! Sorry for the long post, but this is ridiculous IMHO.

I want to thank everyone who has posted in this thread. This list has turned out better than I expected. I've never heard of most of these sites. I have favorite sites that I shop at and now I have a lot more to check out. That could be a bad thing though. 
Posting links to Vapor businesses is fine. If it's one of the rare prohibited sites, it will automatically be censored when you post.
I wanted to buy some liquids from Beantown vapor...
Ive purchased from them several times before this whole age verification biz went into effect. At checkout they asked me to verify my age so asked for my dob, full name and last four digits of SS plus a cell phone number...I thought this was already quite a lot but after doing all that they then asked for photo id verification TOO !!!
This really p-ed me off,it's really extreme and unacceptable!
So I gave up on my $ 300+ e liquid order but it's very upsetting,their Pearana has been my ADV for years now and I wanted to get their seasonal juice too!
BTW if anyone knows where I can purchase the large size bottles of Pearana without going through quite as much BS (im willing to go through a little BS ....) Id be grateful if you'd PM me
