Login errors while login from tapatalk on iOS

I am facing this login issue for last few days while loggin into forum from Tapatalk on iOS. Though I am getting alerts for subscribed threads/ sections.
Tried reporting this issue to tapatalk but it's not fixed.

Actually, we didn't do anything. LOL

Forgot to report back that there was nothing found on our end.
