Where can I get a big one? Say 100ml or more.

Until your shipment arrives you could take one of those plastic ketchup or mustard bottles

and modify the top to accept a needle top from another ejuice bottle.

ejuice bottles sometimes have a little soft rubber plug that fits over the needle end.

you could paint or cover the bottle with contact paper or the dollar store sometimes

has many different colors of duct tape.
