Looks like I found Kanger's new KBOX 160

Busy these days and not been on ECF for quite some days, and I got newsletter from a vendor I bought once before, and I searched ECF, looks like no one yet share this mod? Kanger KBOX 160.
Kanger has also DRIPBOX 160 released at the same time but has had vapers already shared it

So this is KBOX 160, houses 2 18650s, just like the realeaux-look DRIPBOX.

What's the word on upgradable firmware on this? As far as I know they have still done nothing with it with their Kbox 120 and 200 yet either? I'll probably end up getting one of these along with an RX200S if firmware is really confirmed. Really wish this thing wasn't limited to 22mm attys though.

A Crown is 22mm at the base and I'm sure that would look pretty sweet on it!

Rx200s will be better but just a little overweight..

It can do that, and yes Kanger released the kbox 160 and dripbox 160 at almost same time.

I really like the styling of this and will most likely pick it up. Pretty sure I saw it on preorder from a chinese company for around 36 bucks recently... Dang Kanger. Just like Apple with their new releases every few months with slight upgrades

According to their site, it's the same size as the Kbox 200w... So it's basically 40w more power than the 120w and 40w less power than the 200w... So it's the same thing with different looks, but it looks really good

After forking out over 100 bucks for a New RX200S, 6 New batteries and a new charger and Crown Tank and RBA this is going to be my last hardware purchase for a while and possible forever. I really want this mod for taking out with me when I'm out and about. If anyone know's Kanger's actual release date please let us know as soon as anyone sees them available!

I'm hearing now that this uses the same exact chip that is in the New Dripbox 160?

I'm not a battery expert, but I think they should be fine. I have a set of them that I use with my Sigelei 213.

yep, is says it does TC in Ni/Ti/SS/Nichrome... idk how well tc would function with nichrome with such a low TCR... I was watching a review and I couldve sworn the guy said that it had three TCR modes too, but I could be wrong. its hard to keep track with all this shtuff on the market, and with the freeze coming up, I think were gonna get flooded with more products than we've ever seen in a 2 month period

Anybody got this and can offer any advice?

I'm looking to buy one for my dad. All I need to know is will it take the same batteries as my Sigelei 75w, which uses (I think) 18650 batteries. I use this charger for it - Nitecore i2 smart charger for 18350 16340 26650 18650: Amazon.co.uk: Camera & Photo

And any recommendations on tanks? I plan to use the Aspire Nautilus on it for him but any recs are welcome.

Aside from that is there anything else I should know?

You might hate the RDA but a Velocity V2 or even a Tsunami with BF pin works great on it

Sigelei 213 is abt same size (88*44*29mm) and hits 213 watts. I have two 213s, and am buying at least 5 more 213 Fuchai213s. And NO, I don't have any problems with any of my Sigeleis and I own 4 of them (75W, 150W, and 2x 213s).

I vape 120w to 170w, constantly at 150w+.
