Lordy, your video is terrific! Very thorough and easy to understand. I'm still gathering info before I start to make my own liquids, and this video is the best source for all the basics. I especially liked the tip of the end about using a stick blender to agitate the molecules.

I agree with using the mixer. I have been using one for quite awhile now, and it works great.
