Low Voltage w/ Regulated Mod

Is it okay and safe to vape on voltage at or below 3.2 on a regulated mod? I know that you shouldnt go below 3.2v on a mech mod, but the reason seems to be due to the batteries being too drained. Any adverse effects on my regulated mod or batteries if I vape at lower than 3.2v?

It is safe. The battery itself will (presumably) be running at a safe charge level. I say presumably because the mod should shut down when the actually battery voltage and remaining charge is below a proper running level.

The regulator reduces the voltage and increases current to compensate.

It is the IPV4, I have had it for a while, but this is the first day I thought about vaping at that low of a voltage lol.
