Briefly describe your problem or issue
Ordered 1/27/14 and given a 5-7 day shipping window. Sent ticket on or around 2/12/14 to ask about order status. Placed multiple messages on their Facebook page inquiring to the status and asked in an ECF thread. Today is 2/20/14 and I have yet to receive a shipping notification, tracking number, an answer in any shape or form from the company, or my product.​
