Made my first custard!

So everyone raves about custards do I had to try my hand at one....
Vanilla custard (TFA) 10%
Dulce De Lech 2%
6 hours on crock pot
2 hours breathing
So far I like it a lot... still needs little work but I love the flavor do fat. So what I want now is more custard flavor and a little sweeter.... any suggestions?? I was thinking adding some brown sugar at maybe 2% and upping custard to 12?? I only made 10ml and need to make another batch in a few hours cuz this is going quickly.... all feedback is appreciated thanks

I use Capella VC V1 and I love it. 10% VC with 2% Dulce De Lech is awesome if it steeps for a month. YMMV.

Taste is subjective I like them both Cap and TFA I use a 50/50 mix of the two. You may also want to mix in a little French vanilla or Bavarian cream or a little butter or a combo of them all. I worked on my custard for over a year lol.
