Hiding up a tree
I am trying to perfect a Thai Mango Sticky Rice flavour and have encountered a few snags.
Has anyone got a decent recipe for it?

AIM: I am looking for a burst of mango followed by a lingering taste of coconut and toasted almond.

Closest recipe so far:
CAP Sweet Mango 4.7%
FA Coconut 1.4%
TFA Toasted Almond 2.5%
TFA Hazelnut 1%
TFA Marshmallow 0.5%
FA Cream Fresh 0.7%
FA Kiwi 0.5%
EM 0.6%
Total flavouring 11.7%

At the moment the Sweet Mango is largely eclipsed by the nutty elements, it is there, but it feels about as strong as Pee-Wee Herman.
The Toasted Almond does leave a lovely taste in the mouth, but the Coconut seems rather shy in comparison.
I used Kiwi in a vain attempt to make the Mango 'POP' as Kiwi is quite tart and fresh, but the effect was less than spectacular.
Hazelnut is used to blend the nut element and the cream element without being in your face.

Next recipe will be a reduced amount of Toasted Almond (1.5%) to see if that helps to bring out the other nuts and increase the mango contrast.

Next recipe:
CAP Sweet Mango 7%
FA Coconut 2%
TFA Toasted Almond 1.5%
TFA Hazelnut 1%
TFA Marshmallow 0.5%
FA Cream Fresh 0.7%
FA Kiwi 0.8%
Total flavouring 13.5%

Does anybody have any input or recipes that will delight and relieve me from the torment?
