A new tax on vapor products is not going over well with some small business owners.


The Mat-Su Borough recently decided to tax e-cigarette products at 55 percent.

Isn't Wasilla the m*th capital of Alaska? I would think that ecigs would be lower on their list of priorities

IF they have a law (think they do) that sub-adults cannot purchase e-cigarettes, why is taxing adults equitable?

I think you're mistaking that for North Pole.

Although Wasyphilis is a close second.

Livin in Alaska for over 10 years taught me that much.

It's a shame too because Palmer area is so nice.

I'm sure at some point, the tax thing will be revoked. It's a knee jerk reaction to new tech. But still a shame none the less. Looks like people in that area will be ordering online more, and DIY
