They are switching vendors. I have placed 4 different orders for the Vortex brand e juice and it has very good flavor and vapor. Still several flavors left. That works out to be .27 cents per ml! 
Midwest Vapor has 15ml 26mg PG for $4.00!

My order was received yesterday from Midwest Vapor. This was my fourth order placed for juice with them. I ordered Clove, Juicy Peach, DoubleMint and Coffee. This juice is one of the best out there. All of the flavors I have ordered have excellent taste, throat hit and vapor production. They have alot of flavors left at the 15ml/26mg PG. The price is the cheapest I have ever seen. Four dollars a bottle! That's less than 27 cents per ml. They also have two flavors of VG left at the 35ml/26mg option for $12.50 along with four flavors in the PG at 35ml/26mg. This stuff is genuine Dekang and it KICKS! Once this e juice is gone there will be no more. MW is changing vendors for their juice and this is it for the Vortex brand of Dekang. The attached picture shows all that I have ordered from Midwest.

AWESOME FIND! I Got Clove, Coffee, Watermelon, and Juicy Peach. I also picked up some menthol crystals. Question: know where I can get some good cherry juice at a reasonable price? TotallyWicked is out of the 24mg strength and they are priced high.
I use Lorann flavoring for Cherry. You can get it at Walmart. I add 1 drop per ml of juice, it is pretty potent stuff.

They are running out fast. Only five flavors left! Sweet Plum, Kiwi, Watermelon, Doublemint, Cappuccino.

At the Walmart in Round Rock it was on a rack in the craft Section which is around where bridal baking, rolls of material and other stuff like that.

I looked for it and didn't find it with the cake decorating stuff, but then found it on one of the end-aisle thingies, totally unrelated to anything.
But the key is to go to the artsy-craftsy part of the store, it'll probably be there somewhere. You might have to buy a 4-pack rather than a single flavor (at least that's how it is at the Wal-Mart here).
Someone in another thread said that their Walmart had it in the pharmacy area, for some reason. None of the Walmarts near me carry it at all.
