How about videos made by minors having sex with each other and being posted by themselves on the internet?
It's not illegal for them to have sex.
It's not hurting either of them.
It is a much safer alternative than having sex with an adult.
They may be having sex with another minor to quit having sex with adults.
It could be argued (probably by a pedophile) that technically, it's not child porn.
Does any of that make it a responsible?
I submit that it does not.
Admittedly, this is not a fair comparison. It's like comparing Granny Smith apples to Red Delicious apples
I truly feel you on this and support freedom, including their freedom to do what they want to whenever they want to.
I personally feel that it is very poor judgement for them to publicize themselves engaging in an act that
MAY or MAY NOT (neither of us can show proof either way) lead to restrictions on the freedoms of adult activities.
I also find the arguement that without publicly demonstrating the fact that they are using e-cigs to quit (which is by far the minority of their vids) a specious one at best.
Kids learned how to smoke without youtube and have learned how to quit without youtube.
The kid with the video that had the "Smoke weed" message in the description of his cinematic masterpiece is a punk kid who should have his video pulled for that fact alone but somehow is still up.
Freedom comes with responsibility.
Were it my kid I'd spank his ... red every day he vaped. That's my right, yes?
