Returns and repairs - Mini ECIG
The products are covered by our warranty from the date of delivery by the original end-use purchaser. MiniEcig warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition in the original packaging and used under normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, material and workmanship:
if the problem is reported within 3 months after delivery, we will repair or replace your item free of charge within a reasonable period of time
if the problem is reported within 1 month after delivery, we will reimburse your shipping expenses; max. $24
The warranty does not cover improper or unreasonable use; failure to follow operating instructions; accidents, excess moisture, lightning, power surges, connections to improper voltage supply/batteries, unauthorized alteration or modifications to the original device including refinishing or etching. Dropping the device and causing internal damage is not covered.
Scratches, fading, damage to finish - We inspect every device before it ships to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If there are any problems with the finish, this should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your new device. Beyond this period, we cannot replace the product for scratches, blemishes, fading. As with any coated product they can wear or scratch with daily use. To keep the finish looking good never store in a location where it can get scuffed or damaged by keys, coins or other objects that might come in contact and scratch the finish. Anodizing on the MicroStick helps keeping the mod in safe from small scratches, but this is not an armor and it can be scratched.
Any chance of doing with large screen DNA40? Or a cheaper variant with DNA25?

The decision to make a small screen was made to avoid scrathes.
To make the device with DNA25 that is not enough just to replace the chip. New design and architecture should be worked out. May be we will do the new mod with DNA25 but now we are all about the XvoStick
just ordered my microstick and microdrip today!!! so excited...I dont know if i missed it on the website or not, but it said the MicroDrip ships within two weeks, any idea on how long for the mod?

Your order will be shipped at the beginning of next week. It was sent to the package team already but now there are national holidays in Israel and post office is closed.
Why isn't the MiniAtty called the MicroAtty to go with the other 16mm devices name of Micro____?
