Bump for SS Don!
Almost end April & still no news of SS Don....please give us some updates
Any chance of an update on the status of the Don and SS Don?

The reply I got today (I assume he wont mind my repeating it here) was 'Overcoming some manufacturing issues currently hopefully will be resolved in 1-2 weeks', so fingers crossed...
Looks like a long wait...........
I waited too many weeks, ordered even SS extension piece, hoping SS Don's would arrive like Tim promised every time 'Early next week..'.
Asked Moju to ship my extension tube same time (later) with SS Don, to save some shipping costs.. but got my tube after couple days.
So.. now I have piece os SS tube, without SS Don and ordered other mechanic tube mods from elsewhere.
Customer service and timetables just don't work there and taking my money to some other shops.
We are all waiting and we are used to the WAIT !
Why not wait another 2-4 weeks ?
They will come - i am sure and Tim is also ... we will be happy soon =)

Doubt it. I don't mind waiting if I'm kept updated but getting an update from this company is like pulling teeth. I'm with pki: the dearth of responses here, particularly in light of the fact that questions in other threads have been answered, defines poor customer service. I bought a Legacy instead.

I've noticed that the 'add to cart' button is missing from every item that I browse (not just the items that I want).
Anyone know how I am suppose to purchase from this site?
