It sure is hard to find the time. I'm just getting to the standalones to get a feel and taste for them Which by the way, the Panna Cotta is very nice at 7%. This blend of cream, honey, and raspberry is beautiful. Especially when I keep the wattage low. The raspberry lingers on my tongue

Its a good flavour but it needs more time to develop. It comes out great after 7-9 days and I suggest mix it with Cherry Sounds odd but its delicious, at least for me

I've been out-of-the-loop lately as life has a way of prioritizing things for us even if we can't do it on our own. I've haven't been mixing hardly anything lately so I haven't gotten a chance to delve into that mixing contest.
