Hehe...glad you like it. I was just going to take a couple pictures to showcase your creation but then one thing led to another...
It was a lot of fun putting everything together but I think I over did it on the nic trying to create the "mist shrouded labyrinth".

The effect was perfect! well worth the buzz!
I sent him the prototype jacket and kept the second one for myself. That story was worth every penny it cost to make it! hahaha!

I wish you'd thought of this a couple weeks sooner. I would have tried to tan some of this years deer hide. Maybe I'll luck out and my son will get one when he visits from CO around Christmas and I can snag some buckskin

It'll be after Christmas at the earliest (barring miraculous shoulder healing) before I can get another deer, and then we'll be dependent on the boy's marksmanship ;p Do you know your departure date yet?
