Being that doing a google search, what come up is that this is supposed to be a "mhibbs" graphics code (Index of /~mhibbs/code/graphics) . . . So - It's called "Mothers Milk" WTA, because of the image "You're" using:

That's probaly not it either, but worth a try anyway . . . .
